Like American artist Sandy Skoglund, JeeYoung Lee creates highly elaborate scenes that require an incredible amount of patience and absolutely no photo manipulation.
For weeks and sometimes months, the young Korean artist works in the confines of her small 360 x 410 x 240 cm studio bringing to life worlds that defy all logic.
I have no prior knowledge to what this gif is from, therefore I must assume that Lucy Liu and the tortoise are in a long term relationship, and that he’s thoughtfully made her breakfast in bed as a anniversary surprise. Little does the tortoise know that over the years Lucy has become disgruntled by the fact that he continues to forget that she likes to eat more than lettuce, and this final lapse in memory will mean an end to their relationship.
Black Friday has officially begun, may the odds be ever in your favor.

one of our core subjects is fashion illustration where we are required to find a model pose we like and draw and render it nearly the same using traditional mediums. For this drawing it was done on a2 size paper and rendered with copics. I reintroduced the sketch i did on top of the coloured version on photoshop to give it an interesting 2D to semi non 2D effect~
